Facial Procedures We Offer
Our surgeon performs a broad range of facial treatments and procedures, including:
- Botox and Dysport to relax the specific muscles that create expression lines, allowing the skin above them to smooth out.
- Dermal filler to restore volume in areas that have hollowed over time, such as tear troughs, deep creases, and jowls, or to add definition to the lips, jawline, and nose.
- Blepharoplasty for the upper and lower eyelids, addressing loose skin and under eye bags that make the eyes look tired.
- Brow lift, performed endoscopically or open, to raise eyebrows that have descended and are weighing down the appearance of the eyes.
- Face and neck lift for loose, sagging skin and loss of tone through the lower face and neck, including jowls, deep folds, and neck banding.

What facial procedures do you offer?
Our surgeon offers Botox and Dysport, dermal filler, upper and lower eyelid surgery, brow lift, face and neck lift, neck rejuvenation, rhinoplasty, and otoplasty. During your consultation we will review which of these may suit what you want to change.
Do I need surgery, or would injectables be enough?
It depends on what is driving the concern. Expression lines and lost volume often respond well to injectables, while loose skin and sagging tissue usually need a surgical approach. Many patients combine both. Our surgeon will tell you honestly which one may get you closer to your goal.
What is the difference between a neck lift and neck rejuvenation?
A neck lift addresses significant loose skin, banding, and loss of definition, typically with more downtime. Neck rejuvenation uses contouring and tightening techniques for a fuller chin or mild laxity and may be a good option for patients who are not yet ready for a lift.
