The Skin Vitality Program at Hawaii Dermatology & Surgery is a monthly membership built to preserve, protect, and restore the long-term health of your skin. For $225 per month, members receive a dermatologist-approved treatment every month, a personalized skin analysis, and exclusive savings on skincare and advanced procedures. Patients across Oahu join the program at our Aiea and Kailua offices to make science-backed skin care part of their routine.
What Is the Skin Vitality Program?
The Skin Vitality Program is a membership for patients who want a proactive, long-term approach to their skin rather than treating concerns one at a time as they appear. Each month you choose a medical-grade treatment from a menu approved by our dermatologist, and your care is guided by a personalized digital skin analysis so your treatments match what your skin actually needs.

Monthly Treatment Options
Each month, members can choose the treatment that best fits what their skin needs at the time.
- Hydrating Deep-Cleansing Facial: Clears pores while infusing the skin with hydration and antioxidants.
- Dermaplaning Radiance Treatment: Gently removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair for a brighter, smoother look.
- Pigment Correction Peel: Targets melasma, sun damage, and uneven skin tone.
- Blemish and Clarifying Facial: A deep-cleaning treatment that clears congested pores and may help prevent breakouts.
- Enzyme Resurfacing: Gentle exfoliation suited to sensitive skin.
- Gluteal Texture and Tone: Smooths texture and helps clear pigment on the glutes.
Membership Options and Terms
Memberships are offered in 6-month and 12-month terms, either billed monthly or prepaid. Prepaying for 6 months includes a complimentary sunscreen, and prepaying for 12 months includes one additional month of service at no cost.
- Billing: Monthly memberships are billed at $225 on the first of each month to the card on file. If a payment declines, you will have a 3 to 5 day grace period before a $50 late payment fee applies.
- Banking unused months: If you skip a treatment, that month's value rolls over for future use, including toward other treatments. Banked credits do not expire.
- Applying your membership to advanced procedures: Your monthly fee can be applied toward advanced skin and hair procedures, as long as it has not already been used for a treatment that month.
- Gifting: Once every 6 months, you may gift an unused treatment to a friend or family member.
- Promotions: Because membership pricing is already discounted, it cannot be combined with outside promotions or discounts. Members may choose one or the other.
- Early cancellation: Ending a membership before the term is complete carries a non-refundable $250 cancellation fee.
- Appointment cancellations: As with all aesthetic appointments, we ask for 48 hours notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee.

Can I cancel my membership early?
